Saban advised him to clean house in year one and get the Frank Wilson boys that wanted to burn the house down out fast. The main person LSU got in the portal was LANE KIFFIN. Sorry Ole Missy.

I think George Mumford was also one of Michael Jordan's trainers.

re: Knee Replacement Surgery ?

Yoga, Exercise in pool, balance exercises and lighter weight exercises on legs. Should have no problem golfing from what I have heard. I am getting ready to have both of mine replaced too. At your age you may have to get them done again later in life. I have been putting off getting mine replaced for years. Gotta do it soon.

1. Be metabolically healthy before surgery to lower chance of infection.

re: Could you dunk?

Bad knee so had to dunk jumping off two feet. White man's disease but I have monkey arms at 6'3. With stickem, I could do a 360 dunk taking a couple of steps . Only dunked in a live game once and it was in a fraternity game after a steal. Had to stop in front off rim and jump off two feet.
He has changed his stance and is not leaning back near as much as he has the past 30 games. Hope it makes a difference.

Jared Jones looked at 3 signs from Coach JJ and went back to batters box. Turned around to walk back to batters box and Jay gave 7 more signals. Coach had his head down and didn't see that Jones wasn't watching rest of signs. Probably a nothing burger but seemed off.

re: Payton Predicted by 247

If I am reading this correct from the link.........The guy who predicted him to LSU is Matt Zenitz , a national reported. He accuracy rating is 100% with 204 out of 204 picks over his lifetime as a picker. Commitments take place on avg around 5 days after he puts in the pick. ??????

WR routes - Anderson

I am hoping Nuss targets AA on slants and flats. Against A&M the curl and comeback routes didn't work out.

Pouch that goes around your neck and under your shirt. You can even tucky it in your front pants half way. Also have a collar on your shirt that does not show the cord that holds it.

Also just be generally aware. Keep your distance from groups of people and if someone tries to "help" you with something without being asked be especially aware.

re: Derek Meadows playing on ESPN

wide open. QB threw underthrew pass big time. Would have been a touchdown if he didn't have to basically stop after going full speed. Still should have caught it but horrible pass.
Excellent! Televised on ESPN2 and Streamed on ESPN+
His most popular rookie cards jumped 300% or higher in value after last nights game. They sold for $75 for a PSA 10. Now seling for $299 plus.
I learned on the fly how to "land yacht" in the desert between Nevada and California somewhere.
I was the "Al Bundy" of 3rd - 4th grade STQ. Any of the 20 classmates that tried to tackle me paid the price. Glory days. lol

I contested a littering fine in Union Parish when I was 21. I walked into the judges office and saw he graduated from LSU and we started talking LSU football. He waived the money penalty and told me not to throw a dentyne gum wrapper out of the care anymore.
It does not apply to body builders with tons of "heavy" muscle.
Health is the leading indicator for "Quality" of life. It is basically just realizing that you have a choice to directly effect the quality of your life for the better or worse. It is each individuals choice. We are powerful individuals. (Of course some are born with health obstacles but we still have a lot in our control).
Unfortunately even if told by a doctor they will die if they don't change does not work. Lots of research and books written about this topic. The vast majority of people are finna eat, smoke, and drink whatever makes them feel good at the moment, no matter what.
Younger folk think they will live forever. A waist above 40 is usually a marker for metabolic syndrome which is a forerunner to many diseases. We are a capitalistic society and big Food and big Pharma rule the day. It is the individuals responsiblity to take care of their own body because the powers that be don't give a shite about your health.
Sleep is the number one thing for health. Get sleep. You will not be around much longer if you are getting 3-5 hours a night at your age. At your age you should not be ingesting any calories 3 hours before betime because it interferes with your deep sleep. During deep sleep your cerebral spinal fluid travels up from your spine into your brain and washing out all the misfolded proteins and cellular waste products. If you are not getting deep sleep you should start seeing cognitive deficits in the years to come. Do everything you can to live a high quality of life. Lose weight if necessary. Stop eating earlier in the day. Love yourself and get healthy again. It is worth it. Read Dr. Matthew Walkers book "Why We Sleep" and Russell Fosters book "Life Time". Don't do stressful things 3 hours before sleep. Limit blue light at night. Limit action movies late at night. When I was younger this didn't effect me but now that I am older it does. I have had an Oura ring for the past 4 years and it has shown me that my behavior and environment has a huge impact on my sleep results.

re: These commercials suck

Posted by Utah Tiger on 2/12/24 at 8:51 am to
Commercials are geared more towards women audiences now. When they had a "boat" commercial about Cabala's sporting goods, a women in our group shouting, "Why are they having a boat ad?". I felt like shouting because most men like boats and fishing. But, didn't. Earlier she shouted "Blake Lively's" name out loud when they flashed a picture of here in the booth sitting next to Swift. I looked her right in the eye and very loudly said, "OH MY GOSH, REALLY!". She just stared at me in disbelief. I mean we are watching a freaking football game here woman!
I think this is the best auditor by far. Long Island Audit. He is real big on de-escalation. He mainly focuses on gov't and county.
