Had repair surgery about 7 years ago. Recovery is a biatch because you can’t move your foot or put any weight on it for (I think it was) 6 or 8 weeks. Hope the MRI is negative.

Need a book (the old fashioned kind made of paper) on sports nutrition, for a Christmas present for a young man. Something along the lines of what to eat when training hard and in preparation for competitions. He is heavily into Cross Fit. Any recommendations appreciated!

If it upsets your stomach, try to dissolve in Coffee or just warm water. Solved the issue for me.

Been traveling and a bit out of the loop. We saw one of these balloons off the coast of Costa Rica on Thursday. Any discussion on how many of these things have been sighted?
