Need a book recommendation

Need a book (the old fashioned kind made of paper) on sports nutrition, for a Christmas present for a young man. Something along the lines of what to eat when training hard and in preparation for competitions. He is heavily into Cross Fit. Any recommendations appreciated!...

If it upsets your stomach, try to dissolve in Coffee or just warm water. Solved the issue for me....

Make sure to check the applicable interest rate you want to assume your investments make. The default is fed funds which is about zero at the moment....

Ok H&G Baws, we have a decision to make.
Getting a new Toro ZTR. I would prefer the 42" (space limitations and getting through gates etc), but it comes with a Toro branded engine.
I could go with the 50", which is not quite what I want, but it has a Kawasaki engine.
Should I suck up a litt...
