Just finished day 20. The farmer walk/goblet squat superset had my heart rate redlined by about the 7th squat every round (I used 60lb dbs for walk then just squatted one at the end). Surprisingly my grip strength and forearms were fine. Legs felt good all the way through the workout and I still felt strong doing the pause squats at the end.
I also got 5 sets on cardio; I was going for 6+ and was on pace til set 4. Then I was basically at failure on the close grip push-ups and barely got that fifth one. I’m blaming not resting the full time on the 5x4 bench at 78%.
I enjoyed that workout a lot more than I expected to. Tomorrow looks brutal, but I haven’t had tater tots in years so it’s got that going for it.

Finished day 19. I liked the speed squats. Did 11 rounds of 135, I did not like that. Hated the curls circuit, by set 3 I seriously thought about body weight zottman curls. Those suck

frick these split squats!
Edit: done in under an hour. Was gassed after three sets of cardio though. Triceps just gave up on me.

Looks like on IG that Aaron said a reasonable target is 5 reps (2min rest) for the 90% squats. I’m thinking I could do better than that, but maybe 10 was aggressive :)

I've been waiting all day to get out in the garage and lift.
I guess I tweaked my back on that pullup-BB bent over row SS. Back has been stiff. I have kept my feet moving today and worked through it. I spent the last hour rolling my back out on foam roller and feel pretty good. Frick it. I'm about to go out there and start the warmup.
Those face down Planks can eat a turd, though.

First off….holy shite the arm pump on the pull-up and row amrap. I got 11 rounds. Dunno how I’m gonna do the cardio.
As far as day 21, I’m shooting for 15 reps at 90%. Every 45s I’m getting a rep.

Done today. Everything went well except cardio. Made foolish mistake and set timer to 5 hours instead of 5 minutes. When my tris finally gave out I checked my timer feeling like a B!#$#. Got 7.5 minutes of pure misery. Ha

I had 15 per side on the barbell and 25lb dbs first set, and knew something had to give. I dropped down to 12.5 per side plus barbell and made it through.

If i'd seen this before finishing the workout, today would have been much easier, lol. I set my goal at 1 rep every 45 seconds and I hit it. Actually got an extra rep in early on when I was fresh so finished with 14 reps (90% is 250 for me).

Couldn't have been more right. I truly expected to hit 7+ rounds and I'm happy to have pushed for 5.

I hit 8. But I crumbled on the cardio. I went heaven on the db rows and I nearly didn’t finish the cardio. I hit 2 rounds
