10 rounds EMOM. My back is weak and i was struggling at the end. After Arm farm X2, the cardio portion was hard but I was prepared for that. Yesterday I did 3X7 on bench and squats. Legs are very tired so I appreciated the 50% speed squats today.

Had a big protein shake on way in to office. Let's Go!!!

i started my last round with 20 seconds left just so I could get 10 rounds to not be humiliated by everyone

That's what I'm shooting for. I'll try to squeeze in more if I'm feeling it but I'll be happy with 10.

I got 11 and said, “well that fricking sucked”

That cardio did me in. My arms are still sore 5 hours later.

It’s a little hard to make myself go fast on these squats. This whole month I’ve been focusing on slow, deep, and smooth.

Barely squeezed in 9 for the SS. I went too heavy on my rows. Form was crap on the last few reps towards the end sets.

Curls kicked my butt. Elbow tendons are screening at me but my guns are swole up so we’ll take it.

Just finished day 20. I liked this one a lot. The RFESS really pump up my quads. I went 5 rounds at back arms university. Heading out of town for a few days and will make up a day Saturday so I'll be back on the regular schedule.

Usually I go do dips on my Rogue matador instead of doing bench dips. Not happening tomorrow

Not my favorite day. Speed squats were pretty lame. I used 95 lbs for the rows and only got 10 sets. Form definitely dropped off towards the end. I immediately regretted not going lighter on the curls after all that.

Had to double-check that I wasn't the one who posted this. Usually do 135+ for rows and was glad I went 95 because I was burning towards the end. Biceps kicked my arse, too. Never done speed squats but was my favorite part of the workout

I partied with pennywise on squat and he’s a bastard. I was completely spent, and went with chucky on bench. Not disappointed, my goal was Wednesday.

Todays speed workout supersets were both surprisingly tough. I did low incline chest supported db rows because I was worried I might hurt my back with bad form at the end, and I only managed 10 sets with 50lb dbs.

That got my biceps working before the cardio, and the zottman curls kicked my arse every round.

I have to be at work for 5:30am. That means wake up at 3:30am or hope to have enough time after work before high school football game.

Tried to convince myself it would be ok to skip lifting today.

Eventually found myself in the garage to workout and damn glad I did.

The curl superset has my arms looking a little juicy.

Clusterfrick of a workout for me. Went too heavy on everything.

ETA: fast squats seem stupid and a good way to get hurt. Bicep curls and pull-up/row were brutal.
