Maybe the most sweaty workout of the session so far. Most weight I’ve deadlifted in a while.

Going to be doing callus therapy today at work.

I enjoyed that one today!! Felt good to squat a little heavier today after going up a little in %s!

My fore arms are on fire!

Me too. I went through and updated my cheat sheet last night with all my new % weights.

I'm ready to get to it, but it's going to be a late workout for me.

Good hard workout today. The warmup had the sweat rolling with those elevated split squats Liked starting the day with the heavy carries then doing the squats. I'm expecting a stairway day tomorrow since we didnt bench today

Got my best farmers carry today. 60 lb. I had to do a couple extra sets waiting on the squat rack to open but they were feeling good.

Good workout. Warmup and dead/chin had me breathing hard.

Who you choosing as a partner? Gonna see how i feel and make the choice right before. gonna up my training max by 5% even though i fell a set short as my days should start clearing up some going forward.

Might add some sandbag carries in the cardio tommorrow too.

I only went up 3% but I was using 93% already so up to 96%. Chucky seems too easy. In 2020 I always opted for the 7, 7, 7 but it was at a much lower weight. I'll just chug the preworkout, warm up and then decide what route I'm taking.

Same. Not sure about bench though. We'll see.

I hate bench press

I did something to my shoulder about 5-6 years ago while bench pressing and I dealt with that shite for months. I have no issues with dumbbell press and I go nice and heavy on that all the time. But the minute I get under a bar for bench press and start repping, I feel it. I guess I will just plan to rep heavy sets of 7 who knows.

So what do you do if you try 3x7 and can’t complete it? 7,7,4,3

Not sure if I can hit 260 x 7 on the squat so might be going for Wednesday.

Will probably try pennywise for bench if I’m feeling good.

Tweaked the base of my neck yesterday doing squats and had to stop. Bar was racked too tall for my short arse and instead of dropping it lower I decided just to stand tip toed and ended up tweaking/pinching/tearing/breaking something once weight was on it. Dumb.
