I got 12 yesterday on the triples but wussed out on Day 3 and had <10. Still going to go up by 3% I think

frick man, amazing the difference one rep per set makes. I got 14 this time, 16 last time. Getting it in while I watch bama/ UT. Would have loved to gotten this done last night and not after flag football all morning with the kids.

The first pressure cooker I was swapping out weights with my son and we only got 10 reps. This time I was at a Seattle gym and knocked out 14 so that was good. I’m going to go ahead and do the 3% tm increase anyway

I didn’t post my workout yesterday because after the Bama game I was all up in my feels. Got 9 on squats and 9 on bench. I missed the 10 set goal on triples but an increase of 7 reps in 10 mins is a win.

I’ll be doing regular planks. I was thinking easy workout until I saw deadlift supersets with 80% .

That hard warm up is back. Surprising to see starting with farmers walks instead of squats. I'm going to use my sled for farmers walks today since my dumbbells only go up to 50 lbs. Its kinda like using a trap bar.
I'm doing regular planks too. I tried the other ones last time and didn't notice any difference
I'm going to be traveling at the end of the week so I'm getting this one in today so I don't get behind. Kinda sucks because I'm still sore from the pressure cooker

Got it done. Fairly easy day. Went much lighter on the warmup today. Struggled a little more on the Chins today and had to take the weight off for the last set

That warm up is pretty typical of his other programs, I was actually surprised by lack of warm up many days.
In a lot of the other programs, warm up and cardio are a whole workout in themselves.
And yes I would buy lots of clothing with the different names, wish he would do shirts

Another great workout. I love the variety and not going amrap and all out. Took an hour to complete.
