About to hit this last set of skull crushers and I kind of want to cry.

Going to try this today. I’m ready to load up the bar and knock it out.

I did. 2@ 450 was rough but I could have done 1 or 2 more.

I’m probably light on my one rep max estimate. The beauty is pushing 20 sets at a lighter weight is still hard, they add up and you’re trying to get them in under ten minutes.

My thighs and arms are still feeling it. I laughed at crying at the skull crushers because I was thinking the same thing. It was brutal, changed my expression on my face and gutted it out.

An off topic observation and question: is anyone else's brachioradialis a lot damn bigger? Mine has become noticeably larger. Is that from carries or heavy chins? I've always done bicep/tricep work.

Yes, but probably add in the deadlifts, chins, and all the super sets the last two weeks. There's no doubt these workouts have taxed our grip strength.

Those squats were great. Looking forward to seeing how sore I am.

Not ideal for a day pulling weeds and laying mulch tomorrow.

Squats- 11 @ 200
Bench- 7 @ 160. I had to stop around minute 7 because my right pec and shoulder started acting up. I think it's something with my form on bench.

Squats - 15 @ 215
Bench - 18@ 162.5

The bar was going up very slow on those last couple sets of bench press. I probably could've pushed the squats a little harder. I was really sandbagging the first time bc I only did 12 sets on the squats, but I would sit down for a few secs each time. After reading what yall did I stayed standing in the rack the whole time today, but did re-rack between sets. Also I never looked at the clock.

I did skullcrushers with an empty barbell and it was tough
