Just finished the 5 hours. Pretty good stuff. I still don't get why they have a few turds mixed in. If they were entertaining it would be one thing, but they just don't add much, and their golf is pretty cringe.

100%, if they can’t get enough actual golfers they should just cut it to less people.

What’s the point of Jersey Jerry, PFT commenter, The Duke, and Gruden? At least Gruden is John Gruden.

Is The Duke literally just a homeless guy that Bob feels bad for and throws him a bone?

The thing is, most of the teams are smart and pair these guys up against a really good pair to just throw them away, so it ends up wasting a whole match as well. Just don’t invite them. I’m also not a barstool watcher, I don’t mind Riggs, Frankie, Francis in small doses, but a lot of the other barstool guys like Jersey Jerry and PFT Commenter really grind my gears when they are on screen

Kisner thinks all of these guys are a joke and don't deserve any respect because they can't make it on the PGA Tour. Well by that logic, Kisner should have had zero fan following while he was on Tour because he was always an average PGA pro. If only the best deserve a following, then only Rory, Tiger, etc. should have fans out there on Tour.

I’m not talking about people like Frankie or even Trent who are avid golfers without talent. I’m talking about guys like the Duke and Jersey Jerry who look like they play golf 1X per year and suck.

They also won’t be a factor in alternate shot because their team will just pair them together against a team they think is really good and basically forfeit that match.

Man, I get some of what you are saying, but The Duke probably brought as much entertainment as anyone last time. Can't say it's something you want to watch forever, but he was entertaining from the shock value perspective.

I cant stand that cheesedick. he is so annoying. not in a "fun to watch" way, in a fast forward everytime he is on screen way.

Kisner hates these guys. I watched one of the podcast with Riggs, Frankie, and Kiz when the Bryan Bros and Horvat created the YGT and Kisner was dumping all over them. He didn't understand why people would watch them play. He said if you think you are a professional golfer join the PGA. He said he understand why people would watch the "average Joes" trying to break 80 and such but why would anyone watch these guys who are just below Tour level?

And then 2 holes into The Invitational he's cracking on Horvat "the greatest Youtube golfer in the world is even par through 2 holes in a scarmble". Kisner is big time jealous of these guys.
