Honestly, it depends on how you define "regularly". With that said, the oldest game I still fire up on occasion is probably Lords of the Realm II, which was (according to the google search I just ran) released in 1996.

ETA: I'll still occasionally fire up old NES emulations, but I don't play any of them individually all that often, so I feel like that wouldn't really be in the spirit of the question.

I would probably go back and play it more often if it didn't make me so damned motion sick.

Still play regularly? Probably WoW. I usually come back about once every expansion.

This right here for sure.

I've also been known to fire up Ken Griffey Jr. baseball on the N64 when my little brother and/or cousins are in town.

Don't have an XB1, but I used to play the shite out of ATV Offroad Fury games and the Motocross games made by the same company I believe. The music on the radio in those games were awesome

Probably Civilization IV. I've modded it quite a bit, but I still find it a lot more entertaining than Civ V and haven't given Civ VI a go yet.

Just finished a reply of the original Tomb Raider. Try to play it every year or so. Unbelievable game, adventure, and music, despite the clumsy D-pad control.

WoW here as well. Game still entertains me and I get excited for each new expansion.

I'm starting to get bored faster each expansion though, which is kind of sad. A lot of memories playing that game. It'll probably end sooner rather than later for me.

Classic early 80's arcade games. Pac Man is definitely 1980, would have to wiki the rest I play often. Having a full MAME cabinet makes it a lot more fun and makes me play them regularly instead of lame controller emulation.

You play rando? I play rando pretty often, trying to get good enough to get in the lower tier tournaments. Still pretty iffy on finishing in a remotely decent time. I don't even attempt Keysanity yet.
