Just finished a reply of the original Tomb Raider. Try to play it every year or so. Unbelievable game, adventure, and music, despite the clumsy D-pad control.

Have you played Anniversary?

May be an unpopular opinion, but I loved how they did doom 3. It was a radical departure in many ways, but I liked the idea of there being survivors.

I liked it a lot too. Except for all the monster closets.

You play rando? I play rando pretty often, trying to get good enough to get in the lower tier tournaments. Still pretty iffy on finishing in a remotely decent time. I don't even attempt Keysanity yet.

Well if you and I are being honest, I have absolutely no idea what any of this means.

I play more older games than newer.
Just finished up a speed run of Kid Kool for the nes. @_@
Still cannot get the wr.
Lately I've been doing some super mario brothers playthroughs with my youngest nephew.

More times than I can count. I'm a TR fanatic. I'd die a happy man if they remade Tomb Raider 2, the best game in the franchise, IMO. Every time I finish playing that game it feels like I've played three of four separate games, with the vast and different locations and everything.

Dude, you need to google link to the past randomizer. shite is fun as hell trying to figure out how to beat it when all the chests are completely scrambled. Keysanity is when not only are the chests scrambled, but the keys to all the dungeons are scrambled throughout the world too.

New Vegas. I don't have enough space to keep older systems around. But shite I've played this game at least 3 times already and I just started on my 4th play through. I never get sick of this game.

Left 4 Dead 2. Its not the best FPS out there by a long shot, but it takes about an hour to play through a scenario and that is about how much gaming time I get most days.

What do you play on? I have Steam on my Macbook purely for LFD2.

I would love to see a remake of that game. One of the best SNES titles and that was a great system.

Absolutely not. They'd ruin it.

I'm about to play it for the first time. Any tips or should I just go in blind and have fun?

Go in blind and enjoy it. I enjoyed it most just roaming around discovering new places. Don’t just stick with story missions.

The only tip I would say is make sure your endurance is at least 7. You can buy implants later in game to increase your stats, but you can only get 1 implant per endurance point. So 7 endurance = 7 implants.
