I know ultimate team gets shite on but I’ve enjoyed it over dynasty mode. Trying to hit level 51 over the next week to get an 87 Harold Perkins.

I’ve got my team to an 84 overall with Tua at QB, Marshall Faulk in the backfield and an 89 overall Kyle Pitts. Next add is going to be either Devonta Smith or Will Anderson.

I've been playing mostly road to the CFP. Love this format (online season play) from FIFA and glad to see EA carry it over.to NCAA.

I fixed all the conferences back to prior year and then went in and made the conference rules so everyone plays 8 games in every conference.

That was broken before but looks to have worked now

Am I correct to assume you are playing with the same team every game?

Being forced into using the team playbooks is my biggest gripe. I get not allowing custom playbooks but I hate not being able to choose another teams book.

Played UGA in my dynasty last night. They have this one screen play where the wide receiver comes in motion and then reverses back out to where he came from as the QB snaps the ball.

The tackle on whichever side the screen is called ends up 10+ yards downfield blocking a safety as the receiver is catching the ball, every single time.

Not a big deal, I just found it funny.

I get it when you still have real players on your team and the NIL stuff. Once your dynasty is to the point there is no real life players on it, changing numbers should be an option.

The players randomly changing is really dumb though. I had a badass DE using #8 on my team. Changed to #77 for his junior year. What is this bullshite? I will not have my starting DE wear #77

That’s a big gripe for me too.

Another thing I noticed is the off-season training boosts are such a crap shoot.

I took the TCU job in my dynasty and was looking at my roster. I had two decent tight ends rated 79, 76. The 79 rating had an 84 speed and the 76 had 78 speed. After off-season training the 76 overall jumped to 93! Was a star rated player but his speed is so slow he can’t get open in any sort of man coverage and he drops balls all the time.

I looked at their ratings side by side and both had similar release, and route running ratings. Hell all their ratings were similar. I don’t see how one is 93 star player and the other is roughly 86 overall with more speed. I’ve always thought the awareness rating weighs heavily for overall so maybe that was it.

Just annoying and I wish the speed could be increased in the off season trainings or you could set a training regiment for each position group tailoring the ratings you want increased.

It can be a fun change of pace here and there but overall, it’s not something I will invest much time into.

Probably a burger gap than you thought and you probably didn’t look at the blocking ratings.

Surprised they aren’t flagged for man down field.

I’ve had it happen on RPOs if I held it and didn’t throw a quick route

Also had the cpu get called for one

Yea I’ve had that happen with my WVU dynasty one big slow one vs a really fast one, the diff was strength, blocking and awareness.

I just put the fast tight end in the slot all the time

Yea that has to be it. He was a blocking tight end and the faster one was possession.

He’s really useless running routes so I’m putting him 2nd string

Put him at FB. The only time I recruit blocking TEs is when I need a FB.

This game is weird. I had a 73-74 LT that when doing position changes, turned into a 94 TE that had a 76 speed. I mean, I moved him to get the stat bump, but this can't be intended.

It's pretty unbalanced, especially the linemen. My depth chart is nuts with like 4 deep at each position with a minimum of like 85, with most of them being 3 star normal recruits with 0 playing time.

Meanwhile I can't any of my receivers to progress at all, some don't even gain points during the season while playing every game.

Man, some of you will complain about anything. First you have to check more ratings than just speed and awareness to find why his overall is that, especially when it comes to tight ends.

Second, what would be realistic about being able to increase speed? Real players don't suddenly just become a lot faster in the off-season. If anything this game has too many generated players coming in with insane speed as it is. It's not hard to find a recruit with 95+ speed.

I've recruited MLBs in consecutive seasons with 95 speed.
