Owned every Nintendo console since the SNES (minus the Wii U) and I agree.

Feels like the newer Nintendo consoles have really had very small game libraries.

Then pay $300 for Zelda, Mario, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Bayonetta 2, X, Monster Hunter 3U, Donkey Kong, Yoshi.

I'm sure there will also be another Metroid game at some point as well.

Nintendo has been killing themselves since the first Wii came out. All the Wii was is a Gamecube with a different controller setup. The graphics were a generation behind X360 and PS3 which puts the Wii U a generation behind XBONE and PS4. Most importantly it didn't play CDs or DVDs and the Wii U doesn't either. Nintendo wants to cater to the casual and young child gamers. I don't know a single person who owns a Wii U and all my friends who owned a Wii only bought it because their wife (including mine) wanted it for the motion controls but by the time Kinect and Move came out they sold their Wiis. Nintendo doesn't want to be an entertainment system like the XBox pushes(ironic right? not being the ES in NES) it wants to be strictly a gaming system and most people want an all in one system for their television.

Wonder if we are gonna see a price drop soon? I would drop 199 or maybe even 249. 299, although only 50 more is just not worth it though IMO

A new zelda+Pokemon Fighters and they'll be set imo

I want a new Zelda but I already have the Wii U.

Sadly Metriod might be done for a while after Other M.

It bombed at retail.

Any chance Nintendo gets out of the console market and develops games for Sony/Microsoft after the WiiU. They can continue to dominate the handheld market, but they are not in the same league as far as consoles. Really I just want to see a Zelda game with amazing graphics... And Im tired of buying Nintendo consoles solely for one Zelda game every 5 years.
