The guy that runs that twitter account is a prime example of everything wrong with Millennials and Gen Z. You all really are a bunch of soft pussies overall. Some of you are good, but the majority just suck.

Nearly every time I've seen a Boomer+ reprimanded for missing something at work, they have some exasperated/emotional response for what they were focusing on and why it's so much more important. Pretending as though this trait is unique to the younger generations is flat out silly.

Yep. The gen Z folks we hired at work bust their asses and never make excuses while many (but not all) of boomers that have been there forever complain about everything daily, nothing is ever their fault, and they can't keep up with their work.
At the end of the day, an individual is defined by their own actions...not some blanket definition of their arbitrarily defined generation.

I’m 29. I don’t know that there’s been more than 7-8 years of my life where the US itself wasn’t involved in some sort of war conflict much less two a war between two countries the US is not involved in. I’ve never had this worry in my entire life. What a puss.

You have no idea how bad the state of management is in most tech related firms after the last few years.
Speaking to people I trust a lot of these huge companies are basically hollowed out shells at this point as middle management has been gutted and the employees basically do whatever they want.

I refuse to believe that these types people are the majority. I continue to believe it’s just this Twitter bubble that’s just very loud because of their platforms. That people screen grab these people to turn them into a meme and spread them far and wide.

Shortly after Biden was installed, gas prices went up 30 or so cents within a couple of weeks here, one of my coworkers said “we have a gas shortage which is why they’ve gone up.”
These people exist. They also live in bubbles and think Twitter is real life.
