It's less then mediocre.

Radosta's is pretty solid. Ragusa's(Italian) was pretty good. Haven't been in a long time.

Bear's operates out of the back of Gennaro's. It's on Causeway under the bridge cloverleaf. From Severn take a right at the corner of Causeway and it's right there.
