Always get:
Lo Mein
Hot and Sour Soup
Sesame Chicken

Also enjoy:
Garlic Sauce Beef or Chicken
Pork Dumplings

Always interested in suggestions for under-the-radar items that are solid.

Moo Shu duck would be my first choice.

If they don't have that, I'm going with shellfish and veg, hopefully scallops, squid, and bok choy are in that mix.
