re: TV over the fireplace - Drunken_tiger
I currently have a built in TV set up. It sits off to the right of fire place in a corner of the room and I hate it. I am in the process of building a new house and I will mount it over the fireplace there. The fire place is the focal center of the room and that’s where I want my TV at. ...

re: Go to soft plastic for bass - Drunken_tiger
Any type of stick worm/ senko style bait. You can rig it weightless or Texas style and it pretty much fishes itself especially weightless. When the sun comes up and under the docks are shaded underneath skip it back in the shade. Depending on water color some variation of watermelon and junebug...

re: What's your favorite catfish to eat? - Drunken_tiger
I didn’t know people ate those. I caught a bunch of those fishing with my kids at Indian creek. I threw them all back, I just assumed it was like a pollywog or something. ...

re: Best Meal Of Your Life? - Drunken_tiger
This will probably be a different answer than most people will give. I had a friend growing up who’s grandma was from Sicily. Sunday dinners at her house were spectacular in general. On special occasions she made a home made spaghetti and meatballs that was amazing. She made the whole thing fr...

re: Favorite Sausage to throw in Crawfish Boil? - Drunken_tiger
Somebody turned me on to using lil smokies and that’s just about all I use now. Also as much as it pains me to recommend this, but I find the plan old Hillshire farms sausage is pretty good in a boil. It soaks up the boil good and it’s not to greasy. ...

re: Design the OB's Dream Pond - Drunken_tiger
My perfect pond would be 15 acres located just beside a major public river. I would dig a canal just wide enough for a boat to pass through and connect the pond to the river. Then I would sit on the property line and yell at anyone who tried to motor down my canal and catch my fish....

re: Fishing/boating on someone else’s property to remain illegal - Drunken_tiger
I completely understand where I can and can’t go by law. I never had an issue. The original post I replied to was a play on words with river and access. You mofo’s are too serious. ...

re: Fishing/boating on someone else’s property to remain illegal - Drunken_tiger
Y’all can straw man all you want. Rivers and Bayous are accessible waterways. The premise of the majority of the arguments in this thread are about man made canals. Which for all intensive purposes are considered land. When you start talking about natural waterways and bays and such it’s not a cut a...

re: Fishing/boating on someone else’s property to remain illegal - Drunken_tiger
I would say for all intensive purposes if you can access a natural bayou or river it is navigable. There are very few exceptions to this. Also there is a difference between a bayou and a river. A bayou would be more like a creek. ...

re: Fishing/boating on someone else’s property to remain illegal - Drunken_tiger
You said river not me. If you can’t see the irony of your self saying “if a Whole river can be accessed “ it’s still not public I don’t know what to tell ya. lol I have looked at the map many times in fact. You will find very few natural rivers and bayous that are not navigable. There are a few...

re: Fishing/boating on someone else’s property to remain illegal - Drunken_tiger
So what? Just because you can “access” part of a river (or even the whole river) doesn’t make it public. This is what’s so funny. I would love for you to provide any example of a river being private. By the definition of the law as it is written pretty much every single river in this state is a n...
