Grew up eating this in an Asian household. Sautéed sliced onions, some sugar, spices and extra fish sauce cooked until fragrant served with some fluffy jasmine rice and cucumber slices.

I have a Viofo a229 Pro Dual cam paired with a Sandisk Extreme 256GB. Best is what you can afford. Best: Blackvue/Thinkware paired with external battery pack will cost you at least $1,000+.

I was part of a caravan going to the SEC championship game, 93 in a 55, no jail but a mandatory court appearance, $700-800 fine.
