I used to make my own mustard BBQ sauce until i found lillie's. Not worth the effort anymore.
Love the hot and smokey too. The whole line is great.

I prefer Rufus Teague Touch of Heat, but if you like a sweeter sauce this one is tough to beat

I don't use sauce much. I like most sauces though. This is pretty good, it's the most recent I have messed with.

Terry Black's out of Austin, TX has a great sweet & tangy sauce.
HEB Texas Style is solid. Very akin to Rudy's.
Hutchins BBQ, McKinney, TX had a great sauce.
Tried and did not like Head Country (too much of a cocktail sauce flavor). Thought Sticky Fingers was pretty good for a sweet sauce.

This right here. The stores are filthy and the BBQ itself is mediocre. But the beans and sauce are the tits.
Wish I knew their recipe. They make it in bulk so it has to be a combination of stuff you can get in pails from Sysco.

Sticky fingers are solid for a big commercial sauce.

I like this for ribs or country style ribs.
Key Lime is probably my favorite for pulled pork.
I make my own Alabama White Sauce for chicken and my own mustard sauce for pork. I haven’t found a commercial version of either of those that I like.
