Blue cheese goes with Buffalo wings. Whatever’s leftover after you finish your wings, you use your celery to finish it off.

Ranch is disgusting for the most part. I've had a few house made ranch dressings that were good, but most of it sucks.

I like the wings dipped in both, but I love buffalo sauce so much that I usually end up never dipping and use the dressing for fries or veggies instead.

I like both. Blue cheese for traditional hot Buffalo style. Ranch for wings that have a bbq sauce or that have been smoked. Honestly I like to dip about half of the wings and enjoy the other half as they are if the sauce is good enough. Definitely wouldn’t dip garlic parm wings.

I order pluckers yesterday and asked for an extra side of BC with my to-go order and they gave me ranch by mistake and it still tasted bad to me. Just never cared for it.
I love blue cheese. Just had a delicious burger at the harbor in Metairie topped with blue cheese and it was excellent.

Just don't like bleu cheese in any recipe so I'm a ranch guy. That said, if it's pre-packaged, full-of-preservatives garbage ranch, I just won't get any dipping sauce. Gotta have some good house-made ranch.
