I'm not a big blue cheese fan in other applications, but it's the perfect pairing with hot wings.
I was a ranch person forever but made the change years ago and am not going back.

bleu cheese. Similar to ketchup on hot dogs I think most buffaloians would scoff if you had ranch on wings.

Depends on what the wing sauce is. A medium to hot wing, I'll go with blue cheese. If I'm having something like a honey barbecue, garlic, sweet chili etc I go ranch.

Blue cheese stuffed olives are great in a Bloody Mary.
Oh, and speaking of.Carfagna’s, they used to have habanero stuffed olives at their market and those were awesome in a Bloody Mary too but I haven’t seen them there in years. :(

I prefer blue cheese but, with wings I am open if I even use the dressing.

My wife hates blue cheese, so that's what I order. I know she wont try to steal at least one thing on my plate
