The hummus is outstanding. Try the Philly cheesesteak panini and get some extra dipping sauce. I don't like eating at the restaurant, but makes a hell of a Waitr night. Thai ribs, hummus, grits, and the panini make a nice small buffet.

I think Zea is pretty solid. The Thai ribs and crispy duck are my go-to's there. Thai snap beans and corns as the sides. The Mediterranean hummus is also solid. Sleeper there is the fried catfish - very good. Beyond that, I don't know, but it is pretty consistent for the items listed above.

Way too much processing to their food for my taste, too much msg.

I must admit, the food tastes good, though.

Maybe it's your opinions on food processing and MSG that should be under fire in that case?

If anyone wants to hate on Thai ribs and corn grits then hate away. That's a damn good meal.

It's been a while, but I've enjoyed every meal there. I buy the sauces, as well.

I think it's pretty good (the Lafayette location), I haven't been in probably 5 years though.

Oh, did I hurt your feelings?

Perhaps you should shed that thin skin.

It's aight, but...

it was outstanding.

You're really reaching here.

I don't go to zea anymore for the same reason I don't go to any chain: the atmosphere. Chain restaurants make me feel like I'm surrounded by cruise ship people who sport 30A stickers on their cars and will wait an hour to eat at Texas Roadhouse.

That was our go to take out place when we lived in Lafayette. I always enjoyed the food.

I buy the jars of their Thai rib sauce from Winn Dixie and cook them at home too. Good stuff.

I think its one of the better chain restaurants in town. I love their duck empanadas and thai ribs. The trout laffite is pretty good too.

The one in laffy is awesome, never been to the one in BR. The Asian almond shrimp are one of the GOAT appetizers. Hummus, ribs, twice cooked crispy duck (GOAT), and chicken are all great too. I had the trout lafitte last time (trout in a spicy cream sauce with sautéed shrimp) and it kicked arse

The Thai ribs, Asian almond shrimp, roasted corn grits and pesto crusted rainbow trout were my favorites there. This has made me want a return trip.
