I believe several folks who post here have great thoughts about restaurants and food, but I trust Gris Gris the most. I guess because there is no ego involved and she seems to enjoy dining out and discussing food so much.

I also trust several guys on here enough to send them beer and know they will send something good in return. Or to meet up with them in a parking lot somewhere to exchange beer.
The guys that post in the homebrewing threads have also been extremely helpful with their advice to hlp me get started and work up batches

trust no one. do the research and confirmation yourself. i wouldnt trust the opinion of any single person here. i like large numbers. if i want a good opinion, i might trust yelp for restaurants or one of the big websites for recipes. there you have a large sample size and bias is evened out. would never trust a single person on food choices, recipes, or restaurants.
