I'm not sure. I take everyone's opinion into consideration for the most part. There are a few people who post and I just skip on over it.

I don't like to pick favorites

Gris Gris seems to always have some knowledge on whatever the topic of discussion may be. Hungryone, glass, MD, Darla, r2r... But I've learned from people I never have seen post before all the time.

But I don't know if I trust any of you crazy folk

As a general rule, I trust most of the board. I've been around long enough to figure out who will lead me in a good direction.

I also consult the TD recipe book before I ever bother searching for a Louisiana-oriented recipe online. It's too easy to stumble upon recipes written by someone who has no Louisiana ties by googling.
