I totally missed out on the shadiness report. I never ordered from him but I saved the email in my contacts in case I wanted to throw a lobster bash. Glad I dodged that subpoena.

No one knew he was a crook until yeas later. Person he was stealing from cane on here and got some info.

Yea, we didn’t know till 6 years after the initial purchase. One of the links that I posted is a thread where one of the owners of the company he stealing from started posting and slowly dropping hints that it was him.
The Robsterman worked there, he was shipping their lobsters from their inventory using their their fedex account. All the money that came in was pure profit for him. That sucks for them and hate that it happened, but as a business, you need better inventory controls so you know if 1.5 million in lobsters turns up missing

Not sure what shipping is, but the place I linked on the first page was very cheap. We got two 1lb lobsters, some chips and some cole slaw for $20. Made for a nice lunch by the ocean. Even brought one of the dogs along for the ride.
