Dogfish Head 90 Minute on draft at Molly's Pub in Kingwood in 2005.
I had discovered SN Pale Ale several years prior in NC, and that suddenly became my favorite beer, but hadn't tried an IPA until then. Also, at the time, I had no idea what kind of beer 90 Min was supposed to be. I liked trying beers, walked up to the bar, and the bar girl told me they had gotten this new beer in on draft. Enjoyed it at first taste.

Probably McEwan's in the late 90s. Had others in England about the same time, but they were nothing like the hop bombs that are popular in America today.

Either Jocamo or SN Torpedo. Probably Torpedo cause if I have had Joc first I never would of tried another IPA again.

Mine was likely the jocamo years ago. It explains why I smash them against the wall nowadays.

Coming to you live, from The Cool Water Ranch.
My first had to be a Sierra. Maybe around '99 or 2000.

Untappd tells me my first American IPA was a Green Flash West Coast on 12-24-12. Probably true..it took me a while to really enjoy hops.
Eta
I had endeavour on 12-22-12. That must've been the first one.

I'm surprised so many know the answer to this. I can't remember, but probably around 2009 when I turned 21.
