What's Your Favorite Sparkling Water?

I used to drink Gerolsteiner, which I loved, but I bought it at Big Lots for cheap. Now I find it kind of pricey.
Besides, I tend to make my own now. I have a home carbonizing setup.
NOLA water tastes pretty damn good despite what might be in it. I just add a tiny pinch of baking soda to smooth out the harshness of the carbonic acid.
What's your preference?

Went to a fancy joint in ATL as a poor unfunny 18 year old and asked for “their finest water”. Whatever it was cost 7 bucks a bottle

I like that you can leave a bottle of Topo Chico (or any Mexican made sparkling water) open all night, and it will still be fizzy when you drink it in the morning.
