Plain steamed broccoli.

Awful stuff - Put some butter or cheese on it please.

Close second place is plain raw carrots - Why does anyone not know it must have ranch dip. The carrot is intended to be nothing more than a ranch dip delivery vehicle folks.

Italian food? Seriously? Olive Garden isn’t real Italian so please don’t lump that microwaved shite with the rest of the only important contribution Italians have made in their lifetime.

No. He is right.

Calories aren’t a nutrient.

Some nutrients can be broken down to produce calories.

But calories is just a measure of energy obtained from eating something.

Honorable mention is Italian food

Probably because of all the processed food products we use in our "Italian" food.
Has to be. The Italians in Italy are among the healthiest people in the world- and eat like horses. But they use more freshly-made foods in their diet.
