I’ve never, literally never, been to a boil in Lafayette that didn’t use a ton of seasoning in the boil water.

Sous Vide, we use it about 5 times a week, if not for cooking, for thawing out quickly.
Craft beers, I rarely used to drink beer, it was very boring, now it's constant discovery of new favorites.
