A bowl with maple syrup and some peanut butter stuck on the side. Take bread and scrape off some PB into the syrup and have yourself a ridiculous snack. My grandmother did this when I was a kid, and it has stuck with me

Smoked almonds. Cheese ball and Wheat Thins. Peanuts...roasted or boiled, doesn't matter. Pop corn.

I’m interested. A coworker told me once that she put crushed up bbq Lay’s on her peanut butter sandwiches. I tried it a couple of weeks later and i fix a PB sandwich that way every time now (if we have bbq chips in the house).

I'm glad you mentioned this. It reminded me of something I haven't thought about in many years. I had to write step-by-step instructions for some silly school project way back in the 80's when I was in middle school. It didn't have anything to do with food, but was just an exercise in writing directions. A potato chip and peanut butter sammich is what I wrote about. They're very good.

ETA: Steen Cane Syrup

Being the youngest of 6, my dad always fixed this for me and my brothers after dinner, since we were always hungry!
