You can't get on any social media site now without seeing a ton of recipes.

What have you seen online that you made?

Nothing crazy for me. The last was a corn flake encrusted challah french toast covered in PB and Chocolate chips.

Nothing about this could be bad, and it was incredible

Shrimp stuffed portabella mushrooms from a Jacques Pepin video.

Also, some hushpuppies with onions from a Brenda Gandt video.

Both delicious.

Saw them make a Turkish tomato and onion salad on Milk Street 2 nights ago. I went to their web site and you now have to be a member and pay $1/ 3 months to access recipes which annoyed me. So I watched the video of them making it and estimated quantities. Turned out damn good.

Last new recipe I cooked was lamb rogan josh. It was good, but I could definitely improve on my technique cooking it.

pioneer woman broccoli and cheese soup was basic and good after experimenting with different types of cheeses. best was sharp cheddar, white cheddar and gouda.

made so much that I wound up making several chicken rice and broccoli casseroles for weekday meals (frozen them in aluminum pans)

I've made carnitas before, but I used a new recipe to make the corn salsa and avocado-lime crema.

Pasta Bake from Mr Make It Happen on YouTube. Loved it but I'd add more Italian sausage next time. Wife and kids loved it too.

I’ve been getting into making my own pasta lately, so the last big, new recipe I tried was short rib stuffed agnolotti. Was incredible - ton of work though. Probably only something I would do around Christmas

Charro beans in the instapot. Ground chorizo from the Mexican supermarket, bacon, diced hot dogs (who knew?) and ham. Cook time for the pinto beans was only 30 mins. So good. Going in my recipe binder.
