I love a good chicken sandwich but nothing beats a great egg salad sandwich with chopped up bacon in it, on fresh Bunny Plantation Bread

Any crab boiled fish of the day. Boil redfish and make into a tuna fish salad like dish.

I baked a whole turkey a week ago and used one of the breasts to make turkey salad and it is the bomb.
Mayo, sweet relish, finely diced onion and celery, some dill pickle, chopped salad olives, a little green onion and parsley with mayo and a bit of salt and pepper to finish it off.
I love it on saltine crackers for a light snack.
