I still love Cane’s….most here will talk shite about it, but the drive through line at my local canes wraps completely around the building twice every day at dinner time.

It used to be a Nachos Belle grande meal with a Mt. Dew + 3 crunchy tacos
Then covid happened and the taco bell never got their shite together at that location. Meal is never right, if they even bother to serve at all. When you complain, they call the police.
Now I go to Chikfila and I get spicy chicken sandwich + fries

Seriously I do not know how many of y’all eat chicken. The texture to it is disgusting to me. But I don’t eat any type of poultry due to texture or taste.

I was in the Carolinas recently and discovered a drive through place that is head and shoulders above the others. If you get a chance to eat at Cook Out take it.

Yeah, the 4 for $4 is now the $5 Biggie Bag.
Still a decent deal for fast food lunch.
McDonalds is absolute shite now. Last time I ran through there wanting a cheap quick lunch a couple of months ago I ordered the doble cheeseburger and small fries ($3 bundle), "dat be $4.79".
I said "That's the $3 bundle". Not on the menu any more...
then I get a burger obviously reheated and fries that were overcooked, old, and unsalted. Didn't finish either, it was that bad.
I don't see how McDonalds stays viable for much longer. Their food is absolute crap, and there is literally nothing on the menu anymore that isn't way overpriced.
Crap food at a good value is one thing. Crap food at a premium price is another.
Still a decent deal for fast food lunch.

Every few years McDonald’s seem like a good idea so I eat it. One bite I remember it’s awful and I don’t go for another few years
