Smoke and it's not even close.
Especially good when put on the grill for a few minutes to crisp up the casing

Just a touch of smoke. A few minutes on a low charcoal pit is enough. Some of the smoked boudin out there is too smokey.

Of all things unbelievable, there's a place in Lake Charles that makes a top notch smoked boudin, Market Basket.

Smoked from Best Stop is my favorite.

A link of smoked boudin and a couple of fried eggs is my go to Sunday morning breakfast.

Regular run of the mill boudin is the best IMO. I like a lot of green onions.

Regular in a link.. Never had smoked or seafood boudin that was good enough to favor over regular.

And if it has to be smoked or fried.. it's not good boudin.

It's not that unbelievable or even a secret. Market Basket makes great boudin.
