Any sauce you like? Eat it plain? Buddy was telling me about some kind of spice blend that he has on a plate and he dips the peeled tails in before eating. Any idea what this is?

Plain. They should be seasoned enough in the boil. You don't need canes sauce.

Nothing but I like to have a Canes type sauce on hand. Chicks dig it and I like to drag a tater thru it.

We always have a cocktail sauce for anyone who wants it. Great with a potato or shrimp, too.

I like to add a few shots of Trappey’s or Crystal to an ounce or two of white vinegar. Great dipping sauce for crawfish.

If seasoned in the cooler post boil, nothing.

After I pull my crayfish from the sous vide, I like to dip them in a nice garlic aioli.

Mayo. Only after I put black potatoes and kimchi on them though.

Nothing. If you season them right, you don't need a dip to mask the flavor of your food.

Sounds like he's one of those "boil the crawfish in water and season after" types.
