Only dip if crawfish are bland. If I do, I make a cane's like sauce, which has already been mentioned.

Generous amount of food horseradish.
Stir in juice of 1/2 a lemon.
Stir in 6-7 shots Lea & Perrins.
Stir in 8-10 shots Crystal Hot Sauce.

Mix in Heinz catsup until you like it.

Add more of off any ingredient you like.
