1st: crab cakes. (jumbo lump, maryland style) - dijonaise/horseradish style sauce.
2nd: seared scallops. iverstine filet with chimichurri. sauteed asparagus with parm butter
3rd: creme brûlée w/fresh whipped cream and berries.

Altered a bit, but everything turned out great. 2.5 bottles deep so dessert will just be port.

Everything looks awesome. TH03 - those scallops are absolutely perfect.

Mine came out great as well. Didn’t feel the salad needed a pic. And we might not do the steak tonight.

Wife had to go out of town for business. Left me alone on Valentines Day.:( To depressed to cook but I fought my way through it. :)
