I really like cheese with honey or some sort of jam/preserves.

Humboldt Fog with crusty bread and honey is incredible with a nice Cabernet Sauvignon.

chocolate covered pretzels.

i know 3 people that love dipping their potato chips in ice cream. They use the ice cream as a dip like i do conqueso and chips.

Don't know if I'd classify that as odd but they're delicious

Still haven't had real wasabi which bothers me

I'm sure some place around here has it but I haven't ventured off into the Japanese offerings yet

Many have it, you have to ask. It is normally slightly salty. I think it is great. Also, you can normally find them at asian supermarkets in the frozen area

Not really odd, but I love a watermelon caprese. Basil plants aren’t large enough to pick yet. I’ve been using pesto and fresh mozzarella. So good!

Strawberries or watermelon with balsamic vinigarette

I like to thinly slice apples and hit them with a bit of salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and let that sit in the fridge for a few hours before eating.

The sweetness of the apples is really complimented by the salt and vinegar and each mouthful is a sweet/sour flavor fest.
