Miniest Me was super hyper tonight and I sensed mom was about to punt him since it was raining and he didn’t get any outside time today, so dinner tonight is God’s chicken. #1 spicy with pepper jack cheese and an Arnold Palmer while he burns out all his energy on the playground.

That looks just like what my wife makes a few times a week. I like Brussels sprouts and bacon, but the aroma the Brussel sprouts put off while cooking is a little much.
