I went to a family crawfish boil in BR back in April ad a couple pounds of tails stowed away in my luggage.
Tonight we fried up the last pound for poboys!
I topped mine with a delicious remoulade that I whipped up, along with shredded lettuce, tomato and some pickles. Fries on the side. Washed down with vodka waters.
We have leftovers so we'll probably make crawfish salads tomorrow.

Had an indulgent meal at Beausoleil Coastal last night for our anniversary so tonight it’s ham steaks and roasted cauliflower after a vigorous gym workout

Almost everything it felt like
Tuna tataki and crab cakes special for apps
French onion soup for wife and fried oyster salad for me
Lobster Truffle Ravioli for wife and Gulf Fish Jean-Louis for myself.
Pot au creme to end the meal with some champagne.
Start to finish? Food was just fantastic as was the service.

Brisket burger on the grill and oven fries. My wife makes me cook them medium well. Got away with medium tonight and she liked it. She doesn’t want her steak anyway but medium rare. Go figure. :)
