Picked up from Fuzzy's Tacos. First time there and it was good!
We got an order of Queso w/ Chorizo. I had a California Heat taco (shrimp, bacon, avocado, cheese, pico de gallo, and sriracha-lime sauce.) My dude had a fajita beef burrito. They accidentally sent us a fajita beef quesadilla as well, so bonus food!
He and I each had a margarita because to-go alcohol is apparently a thing in Texas since the last time I lived here.

Freezer was running low on easy to defrost meals so I made a big pot of chili and a big pot of red beans today. Froze a bunch, ate some red beans tonight. Will have some chili tomorrow night.

My husband had an envie for vegetable beef soup. I started a big pot with a beef shank, soup meat, stock, onions, garlic, Rotel and cabbage. After simmering a couple of hours, I took a portion out and put into another pot. My husband’s soup got potatoes, carrots, fresh corn off the cob, and green peas added to it. My pot got spinach.
