Probably had one of the best steaks of my life. I bag on Iverstine steaks but they had this beautiful ribeye and I couldn’t pass it up. Had great marbeling. Cooked it at 130 sous vide and seared it. Cut with a fork.

Wife made roasted cabbage and a chimichurri sauce. Was great on the cabbage and steak.

Same. $2 beer and $0.50 oyster night. And a cup of soup. And tuna. And a stuffed potato. Seemed like a good value for the calories.

I was going to grill chicken quarters, but it looks like a Pink Floyd concert outside. Looks like air fried Buffalo wings.

Skirt steak. Quick and easy. 6 minute cook time. Add a little garlic butter sauce and you are good to go.

Out did myself tonight.

Kraft Mac and cheese with cut up smoked sausage. Paired with a diet dew.

No matter how old I get, it’ll always be good.

I have noticed a trend on the WFDT thread, someone downvotes about every picture.

Grilled cajun butter salmon (sorry, it was halved for my daughter) , crab cakes w/ remoulaude, and grilled squash & zucchini.
