We got back to Boston last night after about a month in LA visiting family. We needed groceries so we went on a trip this afternoon, but by the time we were done shopping I didn't feel like cooking. SO. We had:
Rotisserie chicken, baked shredded potato casserole (found in the prepared foods section; pretty delicious), mac & cheese.
Vodka waters for dessert.
Will use leftover chicken for enchiladas tomorrow.
