A couple 1.5” Berkshire pork chops, turnip greens and crawfish Mac and cheese. I didn’t realize what a difference a high grade pork chop can make. It’s night and day from your grocery store chop

Friend,

A year ago, I would have argued with you on this statement. Then I started buying my pork chops from Sam's. Wow! I do an Asian lime chili sauce marinade and then a few minutes on a piping hot grill. One of the best meat dishes there is. Dinner tonight consists of fried oysters and speckled trout with lump crab meat in butter.

Yours,

Cafe Phoenicia takeout and it was delicious. Haven't had it in a while. Vegetarian plate and hubs had combination plate.

Yessir. Rosey red looking meat and a real soft layer of fat around the side opposite the bone. I’ll get some more and take pics.
