Mississippi pot roast. Spaghetti with meatballs is an option, too. As is crawfish etouffee with jasmine rice.

About to throw all kinds of goodies on the grill - asparagus, broccolini, red snapper, ribeye, etc.

Butter and lemon on it all.

Fried pork chops with milk gravy, biscuits, and sauteed spinach & mushrooms.

Vodka waters

I have to start antibiotics tomorrow so no more vodka for me for awhile

Better make it count.

Leftover lasagna. I made some sherbet this afternoon, so I'm gonna throw down on that later.

Quarantine has me looking for different projects, so today I tried homemade pita bread. It turned out really, really good. I made some shawarma spiced chicken, tzatziki, and a Greek salad to go with it.

Post your shawarma recipe if you don't mind. Yours always looks good.
