Spinach-Mushroom Swiss burgers.
The spinach and mushrooms were sauteed with butter, onions, leeks, and seasoning.
I topped mine with slices of raw white onion and horseradish mustard. Served on a toasted sesame bun with a side of Cheddar & Sour Cream Ruffles.
Vodka waters.

Tuna bowl - Sliced seared ahi, crusted with course pepper, salt & sesame over purple (forbidden) rice with carrot strings, radish, pickled red onion, toasted chow mien noodles, fresh jalapeno peppers. Green beans with Szechuan pepper and ponzu.

I roasted some chicken and some green beans, steamed some corn on the cob, and used up the last of some bleu cheese and some romaine to make a salad.

I have been forgetting to take pictures lately. Oh well, this is an old picture but this is exactly what I had again tonight. Pork chops with some rice and gravy and corn. A little smoked sausage was in the gravy for flavor too.
