I read the article, and I think he meant star. He was assuming given some of the places that got it in Texas that some of those places would get it. I do agree that half that list shouldn't get a star, but I think Michelin has really loosened the requirements

I feel they have been more lenient on the one stars recently.

I definitely think Emeril's will get one. I don't think the food is worth two stars, but it's probably the only restaurant in the city that has the service and maybe food depending on the viewer for it.

Saint-Germain deserves a star regardless of the service. The food is arguably the best, and their wine list is done really well.

Dakar will probably get one.

Commander's for their legacy and possibly Restaurant R'evolution.

Other ones I can think of would be Mosquito Supper Club and maybe MaMou (not really a service place)

Restaurant on Magazine that took over the spot Cavan used to be at. Has anyone been and have a review of this place? It opened last year and is a tasting menu spot, but I haven't heard anything about it.

I really want Ben McCollum. I follow Drake basketball due to a friend of mine, and everything about him is what you want. He's young, enthusiastic, and a great Xs and Os. They big concern would be him coming to the South and recruiting. I think if he had a good NIL backing it wouldn't matter though.
