Leftover Pork chop sammich.

Diced it up with a little sriracha and mustard. Spinach, avocado, and cooked bellpepper. Cheddar. It was surprisingly pretty damn good.

Pretzel thins with lemon-dill hummus.

Fiance' brought home some fresh Udon noodles from the H-mart so I might have a small serving of last night's beef & broccoli over them.

Vodka waters.

Wife had dental surgery, yesterday. Had some chicken that I needed to cook. Wasn’t sure if she could eat it, so l had some mashed taters and green peas. She came through like a champ! :)

Green peas over mashed taters is a pleasant thing to look at.

Rouse's chicken salad with Club crackers.

And yes, I think it's better than Calvin's.

It’s certainly a lot less processed.
