For at least a week now I've been craving a good meatball sandwich. So I decided that I'd make a few and fix spaghetti & meatballs for dinner tonight. Then of course I'll have some good meatballs for a sandwich for dinner either tomorrow or Thursday evening. I ended up making 33 4 oz.(average)meatballs today and baked them before putting them in sauce to simmer for a couple of hours.

I cheated and picked up a loaf of garlic bread at the grocery and just put it in the oven.

Time to eat!

Beef, pork & veggie dumplings from one of the Asian markets.

I reheated in a skillet with sesame oil. Served with 2 different dumpling sauces, also procured from the aforementioned Asian market.

Vodka waters.

I’ve been having so much fun cooking and experimenting and not doing low carb, but just making what looks interesting. But holy fire truck, Batman! I’mma hafta WFH awhile longer just to lose some weight before I go out into the real world again. Actually, I’m taking paid leave time for awhile.

In the meantime, I waddled into the kitchen to try a canned biscuit hack I saw on YouTube.

Calzones out of canned biscuits.

I don’t know wth to do with these shishito peppers.
