It was a BFD kind of night for us here.

Breakfast for Dinner.

Started off with making a pot of grits.

Then some Kiolbasa breakfast sausages went into a grill pan for cooking. These are REALLY good!

Then eggs were fixed however they were preferred. Mine were over easy.

It was BFD here too. We had breakfast tacos with copycat Chuy's cilantro lime salsa.

Pork-rice dressing, mac & cheese, and green peas.

Vodka waters.

Heat stroke for dessert because it's so freaking hot up here.

About to throw some burgers in an electric skillet on the deck. Would use the grill but it is currently covered up.

Shrimp and corn chowder, cheddar biscuits.

Cheddar Biscuits

Mix together:
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar

Drop or spoon onto parchment lined baking sheet. Makes 10 biscuits. Bake at 400 for @ 10 minutes.

Stir together:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbs dried parsley
Tony's (other recipes say Old Bay, but I didn't have any)

Brush butter mixture onto warm biscuits.

Vietnamese braised riblets, rice, green beans.

Here's a recipe: LINK

The Lovely and Talented Mrs. Lammo does hers in a pot on the stove, rather than in the oven.

Can also be done outside on the grill.
