I was really hoping to see an onion tart or onion galette. Now I'm wanting to make the galette. I also want to make some Bacon and Onion jam. YUM!

I honestly wasn't sure either but imo it works well together. I almost did a sour cream and onion ice cream but wanted just onion in the end.
